Easter gifts

The sun is shining! It's official... Spring is well and truly here and so is the arrival of some lovely new items to our online shop. With a Facebook giveaway and 20% off until April now is a great time to take a look round some of our new gifts and children's nightwear ranges.

£25 February Giveaway

It's February and time to shake away those January blues and definitely high time for the first giveaway of the year. We have so many new products coming in soon that I can't  decide what to give away. So, the lucky winner can select from lots of lovely goodies using a £25 voucher. Anything from pyjamas to teddy bears and with free postage thrown in too.

Oscar the dog

I was really excited to discover Ragtales earlier this year. I'm always on the lookout for new suppliers and fell in love with the British designed range of characters. All their toys feature lovely detailing such as hand knitted clothing, gorgeous hand picked fabrics and all made in the softest, high quality velour. They all come beautifully packaged too, making adorable gifts for birthdays and christenings.You can read my previous blog about some of our Ragtales toys here and Dollytales here.

Oscar the dog is new in to the range. He measures 35cm from his head down to his paws and comes in a linen bag with his name embroidered on the front. He is machine washable which is good news for all us mummies when soft toys for our little ones are subjected to....well lets just say 'everything'!

I was super excited to discover 'Ragtales', a new and emerging toy brand earlier this month. As an independent retailer of traditional children's pyjamas and toys I'm always on the look out for something different and less main stream to the high street offering. When I discovered the beautiful characters that Ragtales have created I literally felt......well like a kid in a toy shop!

Each character in the Ragtales range has been designed in the Uk. They all have individual stories to tell and are made using plush velours, vintage style floral prints, hand knitted and crocheted garments. 

There is 'Dasher' the cute little dog complete with his own little kennel and bone. He has a removable coat and pink flappy ears.

Then there are the Ragtags. A group of three little characters that will surely become firm playroom favourites.

Peter the hamster. A chunky little fella in a hand knitted coat.

Patch the Mouse. A cheeky character with mismatched ears and pink fluffy slippers.

Poppy the rabbit. A real sweetie with her ditsy floral skirt and pink cardi.
