Introducing Paxton

This is Paxton the fox and no he's never been involved in news night! Paxton is the wee younger cousin of Chester who has been a very popular addition to our Ragtales crew.

At 22cm tall, Paxton is made from a soft chestnut colour velour with a long bushy tail. He has a lovely brown, hand knit stripy top (which no doubt some very determined toddler would whip off and use it to dress another toy) and a purple polka dot lining to his pointy ears. He has a rather smug grin. (I think he knows that he's my favourite Ragtag).

Paxton and his Ragtag friends are suitable from birth and make perfect little baby keepsakes. They are just the right size for little toddler hands, with loveable, tuggable ears, paws and tails. They all come with hand finished, vintage style clothing making them charming and quirky toys.

Here is Paxton helping in the garden. He's checking out the agapanthus that I bought at the flower show a few years ago.

This is Chester. He's a bit bigger at 35cm tall and comes in his own named linen draw string carry bag. He's also a fan of hand knitted waistcoats and likes wearing purple trousers!

Easter gifts

Rag doll giveaway

To celebrate reaching over 1500 likes on Facebook we are giving away one of our beautiful Molly or Megan Rag dolls with a retail value of £29.95.

Designed in the UK, these sweet soft dolls really are special toys arriving in there own named linen carry bag that co ordinates with their outfits. Little ones will just adore them .

Molly has pigtails and freckles with an embroidered face and brown velour hair. To finish the look she has stripy tights and a full gathered floral print dress.

Tis the Season to be Molly....

Excuse the pun....all will be revealed. But yes, I am feeling rather jolly as the round of November gift fairs and shopping evenings near an end and the advent calendar is strung out ready for my own Christmas. (which is actually miles away from being organised although I did manage  to buy a christmas pud today)

I feel like I've rather neglected my blog post and face book pages recently as I do like to keep everyone up to date with the latest new additions to the range. These beautiful dolls are from toy company Ragtales and I wrote a blog post about them earlier in the year which you can read here. Mia's Wardrobe

I'm so excited to be stocking 'Mia' a beautiful cotton doll from English toy company Ragtales. She is designed to be dressed in a variety of hand finished clothes and arrives dressed in a pretty dotty frock and soft hand knitted cardi. White socks and smart black shoes complete the look. Oscar the dog

I was really excited to discover Ragtales earlier this year. I'm always on the lookout for new suppliers and fell in love with the British designed range of characters. All their toys feature lovely detailing such as hand knitted clothing, gorgeous hand picked fabrics and all made in the softest, high quality velour. Oscar the dog is new in to the range. He measures 35cm from his head down to his paws and comes in a linen bag with his name embroidered on the front.
